My background in exercise tuition started in Gymnastics - I began teaching when I was 16 and still at school.  Then, after a long break and two pregancies, I was looking for a form of fitness regime that offered a gentle way of getting my body back into shape and gain strength.  That is when I discovered Pilates!

I have come to really appreciate this form of exercise and decided to train as an instructor.  And now I am a fully qualified and experienced Pilates Matwork Instructor!  

I love teaching Pilates as it offers a varied and creative way to exercise for all different levels and abilities. What I also love about Pilates is that it requires such concentration and focus which is effective mind-body training, and that it provides clear health benefits which come from using the breathing method with each exercise.
